Meet the founder & host of the Creative Spark Podcast—Dominique Falla

With over 25 years of experience in design education and curriculum design, I am passionate about empowering people to transform their creativity into successful and sustainable businesses. I write about creative entrepreneurship, online business, and the future of work.

In 2013, I founded Typism, a vibrant global community that brings together lettering artists worldwide. Through summits, conferences, and publications, Typism is an inspiring platform for connection, collaboration, and education in the business of lettering.

I started the Creative Spark Podcast to explore the intersection of creativity and entrepreneurship and, through my own experience, help people to ignite their creative spark, explore new business models, and thrive in the creator economy. 

Alongside my podcast, I am also a sought-after public speaker, sharing my entrepreneurship, creativity, and online business expertise. I have a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring others. I have been privileged to speak at conferences and events worldwide, including Creative South and PauseFest.

As a course creator and coach, I help creative professionals streamline their workflow, systemise their business, and stop trading time for money. I am passionate about helping creative freelancers become funnel-builders, and I have developed a Funnelancing Framework to help creatives turn their services into digital products.

Short Bio

Dominique Falla is on a mission to help creative freelancers stop trading their time for money. She is passionate about teaching creative professionals how to turn their systems or services into digital products so they can monetise their expertise, automate the delivery, and scale their businesses.

Through her Funnelancing Framework, Dominique has helped liberate many designers, lettering artists, and illustrators from the constraints of the conventional freelancing business model by launching successful digital products and online course businesses.
