26. How to use Trello to run your life

EPISODE 26: I’m addicted to Trello and I don’t care who knows it. I have so many Trello boards, it’s ridiculous. I’ve bought some, created some, stolen some, there’s no end to what you can do with a Trello Board. The fact they’re shareable and customisable makes them super fun and easy.
 
Trello is a visual collaboration tool that enables you to organise and prioritise projects using what are known as Kanban Boards. A kanban board is effectively a project management tool designed to help visualise your work and projects.
 
Essentially a Trello board is a series of lists, with a bunch of cards attached, but whilst they seem pretty passive at the start, they’re packed full of features and automation.
 
I use Trello to organise this podcast, I also use it to manage workflows, to-do lists, book chapters and just about any major project that needs planning and tracking. I also use Asana, but that is to manage the social media and content calendar for my online business and my assistant uses it to delegate tasks to me. 
 
I like Trello as a way to manage my own projects and Asana to manage shared projects.
